Whether you’re surfing, paddleboarding, or just enjoying beach life, we’ve got you covered!
Q: Are your products suitable for professional surfers?
A: Absolutely! While we cater to all levels of water enthusiasts, many of our products like our full wetsuits and performance boardshorts are designed with professional surfers in mind. We also offer gear for casual beachgoers and beginners.
Q: How do I choose the right wetsuit size?

Ordering & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, as well as PayPal for secure checkout.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Totally secure! We use industry-standard encryption to protect all your payment information. Your data is safer with us than a surfboard in a boardbag!
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders quickly (within 1-2 business days), so please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide to water enthusiasts everywhere! (Excluding some remote areas in Asia and other locations). Whether you’re surfing in California, paddleboarding in Australia, or enjoying beach life in Europe, we’ll get your gear to you.
Q: What are my shipping options?
A: We offer two great options:
  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95, 10-15 business days
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Free for orders over $50, 15-25 business days
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this to follow your gear’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. Our customer service team is always happy to help if you have any questions about your shipment’s status.
Q: Are there any additional fees for international orders?
A: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes in their country. These fees vary by location and are not included in our shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Not completely stoked with your purchase? No worries! You have 15 days from receipt to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email our customer crew at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you faster than a wave breaks on shore with return instructions!
Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
