Returns & Exchanges Process
Key Details:
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (original shipping costs are non-refundable)
- Refund Method: Original payment method
Step-by-Step Process:
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]” and include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
- Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return.
- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information
Once your return is approved:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account (typically 5-10 business days).
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Amount: You’ll receive the full item price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error).
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Swimwear: Bikinis and beachwear (unless tags are attached and hygienic liner is intact)
- Headwear: Caps and beanies (unless unworn with original tags)
- Personalized or custom items
- Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Follow the standard return process and indicate you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return (standard shipping charges apply for the new item).
Damaged or Defective Items
