We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

Step-by-Step Return Process

- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
- Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack items in original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Information
- Timing: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your payment method, it may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
- Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Amount: Full item price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error).
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear: Bikinis and beachwear (unless tags are attached and hygienic liner is intact)
- Headwear: Caps and beanies (unless unworn with original tags)
- Personalized or custom items
- Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Follow the standard return process and indicate you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return (standard shipping charges apply for the new item).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
